The LaSalle Apartments is a golden era Seattle classic 1930's building located in the heart of Capitol Hill. It's located just one block west of Broadway and the brand new Light Rail Station, all the major bus lines, and the local street car line. Residents here enjoy being mere blocks away from dozens of restaurants, multiple grocery stores, shopping and more. The LaSalle has been meticulously maintained and many of the features from the original design are still in place including a one of a kind lobby with original wood trim and hardwood flooring. The vintage elevator is a reminder of Seattle days gone by. It has a brand new giant bike room, complete with a pumping station and space for electric bikes as well.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building does not allow dogs nor smoking. Cats are welcome.
