Our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments are spacious, bright and on a well maintained property, in an excellent location. Citigate is near a variety of shopping options; just a few minutes walk to Target and Petco, or a few minutes drive to QFC! We're also walking distance to the Northgate Transit Center/new Light Rail Station. If you are looking for a some fun, we're located close to the Regal movie theater, or for some live action, the Kraken Community Ice Center is blocks away!
Our apartments come with full-size appliances- including a washer and dryer! Every unit has either a balcony or patio to hang out on while the weather is great, but for those chilly winter months you can curl up next to the cozy wood-burning fireplace which they also have.
