Move-in costs include a $49 Application Fee, first month's rent, and a $900 refundable security deposit ($300 up-front at time of application). Water, sewer, trash and heat are billed using a ratio utility billing, averaging approximately $115 monthly for a single occupant. Off-street parking available for $175 monthly. One year leases preferred.

Chandler Hall does not allow pets, and is a 100% smoke-free complex.
