The Oxford Crest was built in 1925 and oozes old world charm. It is located in the heart of Capitol Hill near many shops and restaurants that are part of the Pike Pine Corridor. There is roof top deck with pet area, a community room as well as storage if needed.

Unit 201 is a West facing unit that overlooks the entry courtyard and receives sublime natural light. It has natural hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and bath, as well as a walk-in closet in the bedroom. There is a $75 utility fee per person for water, sewer, and garbage. We are offering this unit on a 12 month lease term with a 6 week rent concession.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking, and cats and small dogs are welcome.
