Valcrest Apartments is an 18-unit apartment building located in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. Built in the 1950's, it is a mid-century walk-up style building with apartments surrounding a beautiful shared courtyard. The apartments are 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms with carpet or hardwoods. Select units offer city views. The building is located in a quiet part of Lower Queen Anne, close to the Space Needle and Kerry Park.
