The Bristol Apartments is a beautiful classic fully remodeled 1908 Seattle brick building located in the heart of Capitol Hill. No other area in the city has as much to offer in such a close distance as Capitol Hill. Mere blocks from all you could want or need, including the new Light Rail Station, all major bus lines, and the Seattle Street Car, as well as multiple grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife galore.

The Bristol has been completely renovated with designer finishes and detailing throughout the building. It has a gorgeous lobby, and has been updated with a new plumbing system, has been earthquake seismic retrofitted, has modern controlled building access with an intercom system.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. $49/month fee for internet. This a No smoking and No pet building.
