The Randolph Apartments is a classic 1925 building located in the heart of Capitol Hill in a great location within walking distance of the new Light Rail Station and great places to eat and shop. The Randolph features gorgeous hardwood floors, spacious units, and old-world charm. Some of the units have great views of downtown and the Space Needle.

Unit 208 is situated on the South side of the building but has windows that face East and West which receive lovely natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout, new vinyl in the kitchen, and original tile flooring in the bathroom. There are several closets for storage including a sizeable walk-in closet. Enjoy the view of downtown from the breakfast nook in the kitchen. There is a $100 water, sewer, garbage fee per month.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. A secure garage may be available for $150/month.
