The Randolph Apartments is a classic 1925 building located in the heart of Capitol Hill in a great location within walking distance of the new Light Rail Station and great places to eat and shop. The Randolph features gorgeous hardwood floors, spacious units, and old-world charm.

Unit 307 is situated on the West side of the building and receives great natural light. There are natural hardwood floors throughout, quartz kitchen counter and shower surround, and newer vinyl in the closet and kitchen. There is a $75 water, sewer, garbage fee per month.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
