Pet policy -- Up to 2 Smaller pets are welcome (no dogs over 45 pounds) with a pet deposit ($400 for one/ $500 for two) and pet rent ($35 for one/$50 for two per month). Pet must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, housebroken, have up-to-date vaccinations, have no history of aggressive behavior, and have favorable landlord references. Pets must be screened and approved by applying at umanopm.petscreening.com.
One off-street, covered parking space may be possible for just $75/month. This conveniently located building is just 2 blocks away from several bus lines -- the D Line, 15 & 15 Express, 18, and 40. It's just a 15-20 minute walk to get to downtown Ballard.

Renter's insurance with $500K personal liability is required. (Usual cost is less than $18 per month).
