For income qualifications, we only consider the combined incomes of the 2 most highly compensated residents. All occupants aged 18+ must complete an application. Consistent with Seattle regulations, criminal background screening is not performed. Applicants will be screened only as permitted by applicable law, including verification that an applicant is not required to register as a sex offender.
