• Limit of two pets per apartment (dogs 45lbs and under)
• Pet deposit (refundable) equal to 20% one month's rent, and $25/mo pet rent

Utilities are $105/mo for one person, $155/mo for two (includes W/S/G). Tenant pays electric directly to the city.
