Built in 1964, The Harvard House Apartments is a 4-level, 29-unit building, offering a mix of studio and 1-bedroom floorplans. Modern living at its best, you’re sure to love the open floor plans! Our apartments have insulated panoramic windows, which offer an abundance of natural light all year round. Additionally, all of the units have huge closets, including built-in storage shelves. Most of the apartments have laminate wood flooring throughout, with exception to the carpeted bedrooms.

The Harvard House is located on Harvard Avenue, between East Thomas and East Olive. Major bus routes and the Light Rail's Capitol Hill Station are just a couple blocks away. You have quick, easy access to downtown Seattle and I-5 as well.

Card-operated laundry facilities are located on-site. We have a controlled-access building, including a private covered/uncovered parking lot. Leasing an assigned parking space is optional and paid on a month-to-month basis in addition to rent.
