This first floor studio has ample storage, including a walk-in closet. Laundry is onsite, and while parking is currently not available, this is subject to change.

Cats and small dogs are allowed and the units are non-smoking.

Application Fee: $40 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: 50% of 1st months rent (refundable)
Utilities W/S/G: $105 for 1, $155 for 2 (electricity not included)
Pet Rent: $25 per month
Pet deposit: 20% of 1st month rent (refundable)
