Leasing Information:
• Application fee: $50 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment.
• Holding deposit is $210 ($200 is refundable on move in and is applied towards your move in costs)

• Deposit: $500 on approved credit.
• Utilities are Flat Rate of $100 which covers water, sewer, solid waste, gas, electricity, and trash. All utilities will be on your portal.
• Tenant Benefit Package of $39 includes Wi-Fi, insurance waiver, and positive credit
reporting
• Lease Terms: 6-12 months.
• On-site Parking: None
Application Requirements:
• 650 minimum credit score
• Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount.
• Positive rental history
• Cosigners are welcome. Requirements are 5 X the rent in income and above a 700 credit score. Cosigners will apply once the main tenant has completed their application.
