Each unit comes with a kitchenette — mini fridge, microwave, and sink — a private bathroom, and high-speed community-wide WiFi. The kitchenette handles more than you’d think: coffee, reheating, meal prep, and plenty of fridge storage. Add a compact air fryer, electric kettle, or single-burner induction plate and you’ve got a surprisingly capable cooking setup without a full kitchen. A shared community kitchen in the building is there when you want to go all out. On-site laundry. Controlled access with security cameras.

The building is made up of six towers, each with its own rooftop deck — head upstairs whenever you want fresh air and neighborhood views.
