This is a "No Smoking" building. Renters' insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000 -- which is normally less than $18 per month). Minimum 14 to 18-month lease to start. Move-in funds required for qualified applicants are the first month's rent (prorated if the lease begins after the first day of the month), a refundable security deposit, and any additional deposits or monthly rent for parking or pets.

The unit is all electric. Tenants pay all utilities -- electricity is metered and billed directly to you. Water, sewer, and garbage are billed back.

Pet policy -- Two pet limit- (cats only, no dogs or exotic animals). Must be at least a year old, housebroken/litter box trained, spayed & neutered, have all required vaccinations, and with positive landlord references -- an additional deposit would be required. (Deposit $400 for one pet, $500 for two pets) -- pet rent is $35 per month for one pet, $50 per month for two pets. Pets must be screened by going to umanopm.petscreening.com. There is a small fee for pet screening. There is no fee for verifiable "service animals".
