The Portico Apartments are located a block away from Harbor View Hospital, a few blocks from Seattle U. and close to where Boren Ave and Broadway intersect. This building was built in 2001 and has various floor plans from 2 bed/2 bath to studios. All units have their own laundry stack as well as dishwasher.

This studio unit is on the 3rd floor and faces North. It has laminate flooring and a small private balcony. This unit is being offered with a 12-month Lease term.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
