The Portico Apartments are located a block away from Harbor View Hospital, a few blocks from Seattle U. and close to where Boren and Broadway intersect. This building was built in 2001 and has various floor plans from 2 bed/2bath to studios. All units have their own laundry stack as well as a dishwasher.

Unit 101 is a spacious ground floor 1bedroom situated on the Northwest corner of the building. It has a laminate floors throughout, newer carpet in the bedroom, a large walk-in closet and in-unit washer/dryer stack off the kitchen.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
