• Application fee: $50 · Admin fee: $210 ($200 credited toward move-in costs after lease signing)
• Deposit: Starting at $99, up to one month’s rent based on screening
• Utilities: Water, sewer, garbage, and gas billed through RUBS. Tenants set up their own Seattle City Light account.
• Tenant Benefit Package: $45/month — includes high-speed building-wide WiFi, renters insurance waiver, and positive credit reporting
• Pet-friendly: Dogs $49/month, cats $24/month — approved on a case-by-case basis
• Flexible lease terms and furnished units available. Rents may vary by lease length; quoted rent reflects the preferred lease term.
• Parking: Street parking available through the city’s RPZ program, or nearby third-party garages at additional cost
