Alcove Delridge is a small, 17-unit building on Delridge Way SW with one thing dialed in: affordable private living. Each studio comes with a kitchenette — mini fridge, microwave, and sink — a private bathroom, and high-speed community-wide WiFi included. The kitchenette handles more than you’d think: coffee, reheating, meal prep, and plenty of fridge storage. Add a compact air fryer, electric kettle, or single-burner induction plate and you’ve got a surprisingly capable cooking setup without a full kitchen. A shared community kitchen in the building is there when you want to go all out. On-site laundry. Controlled access with security cameras.

The RapidRide H Line stops right outside — 10-minute frequency with dedicated bus lanes straight to downtown Seattle. White Center’s food scene is minutes south. The West Seattle Junction is a short ride west. Free street parking, no permit needed.
