Each floor has a spacious shared kitchen with two ovens/stoves, microwave, plenty of counter-space and dining table and a secure food storage locker for each tenant. Shared laundry facilities (app-operated) are located just off the garage.

Parking space is available in the secure, underground garage for an additional $95/month. Building is equipped with free Wi-Fi, though residents can get personal cable/internet service at their own expense, if desired.
