This is an income restricted apartment. To qualify, residents must have a total gross yearly income that is at or below 50% Area Median Income ($55,000 for a single occupant or $62,850 total for 2 occupants). Annual recertification is required.
Verification of employment, all assets and other sources of income is required.
Full time students are only qualified for this program if they are eligible for and receive need-based financial aid. Please have your FAFSA or WAFSA ready if you are a student. Incomes higher than that will be considered but rent will be higher. Income limits are $88,000 for a single applicant or $100,560 for joint applicants.

The available studio apartments we have available range from 249 - 320 square feet. Prospective tenants must be income certified before reserving a specific apartment.
