The 87th Greenwood Apartments is a charming building located in the heart of Greenwood. Enjoy a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants or catch the Metro bus number 5 to/from downtown every 15 minutes.

Unit 13 is a top floor 1bed situated on the Southwest corner of the building and receives lovely natural light. It has natural hardwood floors, a walk-in closet, a generous sized bedroom and laundry on-site. We are offering a 4 week rent concession on a 12 month lease for this unit. There is a $75/month utility fee for w/s/g.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
