1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 2x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.

2. Security Deposit + $250.00 Holding Fee

3. Pets are allowed (some restrictions apply). $300 deposit and $30 / monthly rent.
