Pets: $300.00 refundable deposit and $25.00 per month pet rent.
$49 non-refundable per person application fee
25% of rent as holding deposit once approved and lease must be signed within 2 days of approval.

Utilities: w/s/g is separate. Water is metered via usage and occupancy and managed by a third-party biller. Tenant is responsible for electricity and the internet.
