Owner may approve of a cat or small dog with a non-refundable $300 deposit and a $25 monthly pet rent. The hip Perry District is a desirable residential area with a lively row of businesses on S. Perry Street, including tap houses & trendy restaurants serving craft cocktails, gourmet burgers, artisan pizza, & French & Southern-inspired fare. One-of-a-kind shops in brick buildings & tiny old homes sell vintage furniture, handmade jewelry, used books, & clothing. The Farmer's Market & Street Fair won't disappoint! Grant Park has a playground, tennis courts, & community garden.

Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. The security deposit may be paid over time..
