Applicants must pass a background and residential history check.

Must demonstrate verifiable income of at least 2.5x the rent OR provide an approved alternative source of rental assistance or a qualified Co-Signer.

Applicants must have a credit score of at least 700 OR provide an alternative qualification such as a co-signer or proof of financial stability. We comply with Washington’s Fair Tenant Screening Act (RCW 59.18.257) and provide screening disclosures before application.

Minimum lease term required. Early termination fees may apply.

A $150 administrative fee is due at move-in.

The $20/month Tenant Benefit Package is required for all residents and includes liability coverage.
