Rent is $2,300. This 3,500 sq ft historic home has a huge kitchen, formal dining room, 2 living rooms, a family room, large yard, and private deck. Tenant pays electricity (monthly average is $575) and a flat monthly fee of $120 for water, sewer, and garbage. Most pets welcome.

Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. The security deposit may be paid over time.
