1.) Household must earn at least 3x the rent in gross monthly income (before deductions), verified by 3 consecutive paystubs and matching bank statements
2.) Minimum 3 years of consecutive, verifiable rental/residential history with no money owed to past landlords or management companies
3.) Stable credit history (approx. 600 or higher)
4.) Verifiable, continuous employment — at least 6 months with current employer or within the same industry
5.) Pet policy: indoor cats only (max 2) with additional fees and pet rent
