The unit is located in an interior-corridor building and offers on-site laundry for convenience. Residents can manage their lease and service requests through a tenant online portal.

For your convenience, here are our application requirements:

•⁠ ⁠You must make 3 times the rent (going above that is always great!).

•⁠ ⁠A good rental history is required—first-time renters are welcome, first time renters may be asked for a higher deposit

•⁠ ⁠You must pass a background check (we review this on a case-by-case basis).

•⁠ ⁠Good credit is important. We typically look for a score around 600.
* Low credit due to things like student loans or medical debt won’t hurt your chances.
* What may impact approval are unpaid credit cards, repossessions, or owing a landlord.

•⁠ ⁠The application fee is $45, non-refundable, and applies to anyone 18 or older.

Upon approval, move-in cost goes as follows:
*Security deposit
*First month
*Utilities
*Nonrefundable pet deposit (if applicable) - Starts at $200
*Pet rent (if applicable) - Each pet is $25/month in pet rent due at time of rent
