60 year old single man, quiet, easy going, honest and friendly. I am looking for responsible and respectful people to rent to. Preferably in their 30's - 50's. I pretty much live in my bedroom, so the living room and dining room is basically open for roommates to enjoy. There is a communal 40" TV in living room.

$900.00 a month. Each room has a door lock with key.

Rent specifically covers costs for room, electricity, water, sewage, garbage, cable TV, high speed internet, lawn care, use of kitchen appliances and a small limited amount of extra storage space beyond your bedroom(s). There is 2 refrigerator/freezers for plenty of perishable food storage space. Large Washer/Dryer. Shared Kitchen/bathroom/pantry/hall storage.

Dish Satellite TV (In Living Room) with 290 basic and music channels, which includes 12 movie channels, On Demand streaming and access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos and YouTube TV through satellite box. No smart TV needed. (*If you want cable in your bedroom, you have to pay the additional $10 per mo. for cable box).

High speed 100mbps wireless internet service. Both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz connection types.

No illegal drugs. No smoking or vaping in the house. Marijuana use is OK. All smoking must be outside, in garage or your vehicle. No guns.

I may require a background check. No felons or history of not paying rent/mortgage. Your other personal and financial issues you may have is not of concern to me.

You must have a steady job or income. I will consider a lease or month to month.
