To set up a showing, we first require an application. Rent is $1050 and included water; sewer, garbage and a washer/dryer. The lease is a year long. Security deposit is $1050. Tenant covers power.

We require a 670 credit score as well as an income of at least $3000/month. All occupants over the age of 18 who plan to live in the unit will have to do an application.
