• Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent plus a $50 administrative fee.
• Application Fee: $25.
• Location: Willow Creek Apartments is located in Outagamie County.
• Lease Termination: Tenants are required to provide 60 days’ notice prior to vacating.
• Section 8: The contracts required by the Housing Authority for Rent Assistance/ Section 8 are not compatible with our lease agreement.
