Heat, water, hot water, sewer, and garbage are INCLUDED in the rent. Tenant will pay electric.

TDS is the provider of internet/cable at this property.

Tenants are responsible for snow clearing/ice treatment of the sidewalks/walkways. Snow clearing/ice treatment of the driveway and lawn care are included.

Pets: Up to 2 allowed. $40/per month for 1 and $80/per month for 2. Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront. Breed Restrictions for dogs include: Akitas, Chows, Canary Mastiff, Doberman Pinschers, Pitbulls (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds.
