One assigned parking stall is included with every apartment, with optional garages and on-site storage units available for an additional monthly fee (limited availability).

Residents enjoy the convenience of coin-operated/app-based laundry located in each hallway, an online resident portal for rent payments and maintenance requests, and a pet-friendly community that welcomes both dogs and cats. Heat is included through a boiler system, along with water, sewer, and garbage service—residents are only responsible for electricity and internet.
