Permission is given for Pets at this location. Cost if you add a pet after the initial move-in agreement is negotiable. Only for the initial amount of pets discussed and put on this application. If you want to add pets you need permission from the owner or property manager. RESIDENT also agrees to carry insurance deemed appropriate by OWNER to cover possible liability and damages that may be caused by such animals. A maximum of two pets is permitted per unit unless other agreements are made.  OWNER reserves the right to determine if pets may be kept and may require the removal of pets if they become a danger to the building or tenants. If the RESIDENT violates any of these terms, the pets can be subject to removal. Pets must be licensed with the city/town if required. Pets must receive regular veterinary care. Upon request, the tenant shall provide written documentation of such care to the OWNER. Pets must be controlled at all times, on a leash, and with the tenant. RESIDENT assumes all responsibility for pets, legally and financially. All pets must be completely housebroken. RESIDENTS must carry provisions for immediate clean-up of animal waste and dispose of it properly. Should the OWNER be required to clean up the grounds after your pet a charge of $25.00 per clean-up will be charged against your account. Barking will not be tolerated in that it is a nuisance to other tenants. A $25.00 per month cat fee and a $50.00 per month dog fee will be paid by the tenant. The following dog breeds are NOT allowed for any property. Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Pit Bull, American Staffordshire, Bullmastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Wolf Hybrid.
