Credit History: Minimum credit score of 600. A history of collections, open bankruptcies, or utility write-offs may result in automatic denial.

Rental History: Applicants must have a positive rental history from verifiable unbiased references.

Eviction History: Applications will be automatically denied if any applicant has an active eviction judgment, an unresolved money judgment from a past landlord, or an eviction filing on the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (CCAP) system in the last 2 years.

Criminal Background Check: A criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants. Rejection may occur for any conviction involving a threat to property, health, or safety of residents.
