-$150 non-refundable pet fee per cat, $350 non-refundable pet fee per dog
-$50/month pet rent per cat. $75/month pet rent per dog.

- Dogs must be under 30 lbs
-Some restrictions apply
- Renters insurance is required

$35 application fee for each applicant. Any applications submitted without first going to a showing will not be accepted.
