- Underground parking available for $100/month

PETS:
- Max of two cats or one dog.
- $150 non-refundable pet fee per cat, $350 non-refundable pet fee per dog
- $50/month pet rent per pet
- Two pets max
- Dogs must be under 30 lbs
- Some breed restrictions apply

$35 application fee for each applicant. Any applications submitted without first going to a showing may not be accepted.
