Rent is $1200/month. Security deposit is one month's rent. Electric, water/sewer, and gas are the tenants responsibility. Pets are allowed with a nonrefundable $400 pet fee used for cleaning the unit when you vacate and pet rent (1st pet $50/month, subsequent pets $25/month). Each unit has two parking spaces. No lawn or snow maintenance, the property management company handles this responsibility.
