Also in walking distance are numerous other hiking trails, overlooks, wilderness, climbing areas, the C&O Canal towpath (great for bicycling!), Storer College, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, Harpers Ferry Medical Center, Harpers Ferry Middle School, and Bolivar-Harpers Ferry Public Library. Apartment has a private entrance on the ground floor of a historic, single-family  home. With one bedroom, a kitchen and living combo, and in-unit washer and dryer, you don't need to leave your private and peaceful home to enjoy a  getaway in this scenic town. Your very own private deck is secluded and looks out at the beauty of Maryland Heights and Harpers Bridge crossing the Potomac River. You have a view directly through the Harpers Ferry train tunnel under Maryland Heights to the east and over Fort Duncan toward the west.

Trash and recycling are included.  Tenant is responsible for  electric and cable/internet. Water and sewer are billed to tenant by landlord. After applying, you will receive a screening request by email; you will be required to pay a fee for the screening and provide information necessary to complete your background and credit check.

No smoking or vaping either indoors or in any outdoor area where other occupants will be bothered. Pets permitted with approved pet application, $500 refundable pet deposit and $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. No pet rent!
