Rent & Fees:
-Rent: $812/month. Apply within 48 hours of your tour to receive 8 weeks free on a 10-month lease making the effective rent $650/month.
-Security Deposit: $500
-Utilities: water/ sewer/ trash/ gas included in base rent. Tenant to set up electricity directly.
-Liability Insurance: $15/month or provide proof of renters insurance
-Admin Fee: $10/month

Pet Policy:

-Background and credit check required
-Self-employed applicants must provide 3 months of income statements

If such a report is provided, the landlord may not:
-Charge an application fee, or
-Charge a fee to access or use the report
