Additional Cleaning fees may apply at move out for excessive cleaning; receipts will be provided to tenant.
Pet Deposit $300.00 refundable less damages
Pet Rent: 1.5% a month of the monthly rent.

2x2-$200.00 a month
3x2 or larger-$300-500 a month.
