"I live in Florida and work in Colorado part-time and needed a truly turnkey, furnished condo that had to check many boxes. Top floor of a solid 4-story building (quiet—you never hear neighbors). Stunning mountain sunrises/sunsets, gas range for cooking, reserved/covered garage parking, and close to the elevator. There’s a private gym in the building and a larger one with a pool next door. On the airport bus route, which is convenient for frequent travel. Completely turnkey furnished with everything you need. I’ll miss it—it’s been a pleasure. Plus, the landlord is professional and attentive."
