3. No previous evictions in the last five years, up to 2 late payments in a 12-month period
4. Must meet the Colorado Rental Fairness Act -No conviction within the last five years or any conviction or deferred judgment at any time related to methamphetamine, registered sex offender. Homicide and related offenses, and stalking.

Applicants may provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) as defined under §38-12-902(2.5), C.R.S. If a valid PTSR (no more than 30 days old) is provided, Confirm acceptance requirements directly with Laurel Street Apartments.
