Pet Policy:
We allow a max of 2 pets
Pet fee: $300 per pet
Pet rent: $35 a month
Breed restrictions do apply: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman is not permissible at this time.
A Pet Screening Application is a required part of the total application process.
$25 per pet application fee will be assessed at the time you apply.
There is no cost if you are applying without pets.


Application fee: $55/per adult 18 years and older.
Applying for one property is the same as applying for all properties. Once approved you can transfer your application to other properties that are within the income requirements provided.
Applying for a home does not guarantee its availability.


Rental Qualifications:
Please provide proof of income equal to ~2x the monthly rent amount.
No evictions within the last 5 years
Background and Credit check required.

We require Liability Insurance or Proof of Renters Insurance at time of move in. Renters insurance required with a minimum of $100,000 coverage and Zeal Property Management listed as interested party.

Zeal Property Management has partnered with Rhino to offer an affordable alternative to upfront cash security deposits. Approved residents can choose between paying a security deposit equal to one (1) month’s rent (On approved Credit) OR purchase a deposit replacement policy with Rhino at a fraction of the upfront cost.
