Program Renter/Liability Insurance: $10.50/month, plus $1.00/month admin fee. Resident must provide proof of landlord liability insurance, or it can be purchased through Trybe Property Management. We require liability insurance or proof of renters insurance at time of move in.
Refundable Pet Deposit: $300.00 (2 pet max)
Pet Rent (non-refundable): $35.00/month (2 pet max)
Application Fee (non-refundable): $40 per applicant. Applying for one property is the same as applying for all properties. Once approved you can transfer your application to other properties that are within the income requirements provided.

Background and credit check required. If self-employed, 3 months of income statements are required credit will not be considered for applicants receiving a housing subsidy as defined by C.R.S. § 38-12-902(1.7). Evictions in the last 7 years: Declined. Felony or sexual, violent or weapon offense misdemeanors in the last 7 years: Declined. Registration on a sex offender list of any kind: Declined.

Portable tenant screening reports (PTSR): 1) applicant has the right to provide cornerstone apartment services with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado revised statutes; and 2) if applicant provides Trybe Property Management with a PTSR, Trybe Property Management is prohibited from: a) charging applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging applicant a fee for Trybe Property Management to access or use the PTSR.
