This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is conveniently located across the street from City Market North and has a full kitchen. All utilities are included in the rent as well as basic cable. There are coin-operated laundry facilities on site. Students are ok with references, but no pets or smokers. Actual move-in date varies depending on when unit is ready.

You may also pay the application fee in person with $50 cash using the pdf application on our website or the paper application in our office. Once we have ALL applications and fees from your party, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
