Rent & Lease Details:
Rent: $1,700 + Utilities

Security Deposit: One month's rent required

Lease Term: 1-year lease starting around September 7th.

Pet Policy: Prefer no pets but will consider well-behaved dog.

Parking: Wide street parking

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am for a peaceful living environment

Tenant Criteria: We're looking for one or two like-minded individuals who are honest, respectful, and maintain stable income. No substance misuse is allowed. Ideal tenants will want a peaceful, healthy living environment.

Application Process: Interested tenants must complete an online rental application, which includes a background and credit check. References required.

Rental is available starting September 7th.

Due upon move in: First month's rent ($1,700) & one month security deposit ($1,700).
