Our home is a calm, clean, and drug-free environment. We enjoy a quiet evening, but love the occasional game night with friends. We are looking for one person who values a "recharge" space as much as we do.
THE IDEAL FIT
Professional: Steady employment outside the home
Clean & Kind: A direct communicator who naturally tidies up in shared spaces
Health-Conscious: Non-smoker/vaper (no exceptions). We maintain a low-fragrance/non-toxic home
Solo Resident: Strictly one person only; no pets
LEASE & LOCATION
Terms: 12-15 month lease (Ending by July 1, 2027, with option to renew)
Move-in: First month’s rent + $1,775 deposit
Location: 20 mins to Downtown Boulder; walking distance to three parks
