We're two working professionals with Monday-Friday schedules who enjoy traveling, skiing, live music, movies, and cooking. It's a calm, clean, smoke-free home — we value quiet evenings most nights, with the occasional game night with friends. Our last housemate stayed two years and moved only to be closer to family; they're happy to serve as a reference.

LEASE TERMS
